The hotel building was built in 1895 and it was originally a dweling house. In 1997 it was reconstructed into a hotel offering accommodation in singles, doubles and rooms with a higher capacity. You can choose between private and shared bathrooms (shared bathroom - always 1 bathroom and WC for 2 rooms). There is a nice restaurant with bar in the hotel building.
The Karlova residence offers you in total 5 two-bedroom apartments, some of which are duplex once. For an easy access to the apartments on the higher floors you may use an elevator.
Each of the apartments includes a newly equipped living room, which is furnished in very modern and pure style. Part of the living room is a kitchenette, some of the apartments have a separate kitchen. All the apartments are supplied with a modern technique, lcd television, dvd – player, hi-fi, wi-fi access is a matter of fact.
Each from the two cosy and at the same time functional bedrooms has its private bathroom.
Some of the apartments on the top floor are luxuriously arranged in fact. The big advantage of these is a huge space and matter of fact.
